We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual to carry out the healthcare reimbusrement product strategies (HSA, DCA, FSA, HRA, Commuter) and to provide superior service to Plan Sponsors. Responsible for developing and maintaining favorable relationships with an assigned book of business, resolve customer issues and proactively communicate changes and issues to Account Executives and Plan Sponsors. Manage the profitability of your book of; be responsible for the retention and membership growth on existing accounts; be responsible for Plan Sponsor account administration activities including maintaining enrollment and contribution files and reporting. Candidate must understand the strategy and key drivers for each plan sponsor and manage these to achieve success. Develop and maintain understanding of the healthcare environment integrating legislative (e.g. IRS guidelines), economic, and business aspects. Identify and implement efficiencies in your work process and strive for operational excellence. Serve as project manager, as necessary, on any management initiatives relating to your assigned accounts. Foster team environment and `can do` attitude.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Account management/Servicing experience (3-5 years), a background in healthcare Plan Sponsor administration experience is required. Strong customer-service orientation is essential. Excellent communication, organizational and public speaking skills, presentation skills a plus. Possess professionalism in all manners of communication and presentation.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

FULL-TIME POSITION

Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 10am-6pm and periodic Community Center events outside of normal scheduled working hours.

The Brunswick Crossing HOA Associate's office will be located in the Brunswick Crossing Community Center clubhouse. The clubhouse is open to the public Tuesday thru Sunday 11am-6pm. The clubhouse is closed on Mondays.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

VISITOR EDUCATION:

Act as the Developer's HOA Associate to greet and welcome all visitors and guests to the Brunswick Crossing Community Center. Introduce visitors to the Brunswick Crossing Community and Commercial Market Place and facilitate their interaction with the community marketing displays. Answer questions and educate prospective buyers and visitors on all aspects of Brunswick Crossing and the surrounding Brunswick area. Collect demographic data on Community Center guests. Serve as a communication liaison between key parties in partnership with the marketing staff to ensure the Community Center is disseminating timely and accurate information.



HOA ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build relationships, interact with and assist the Brunswick Crossing community residents as the HOA representative. Act as the initial point of contact for HOA inquires and concerns. In partnership with the HOA management company, Board of Directors and development staff proactively research and resolve resident issues or disseminate to other appropriate staff for resolution. Maintain communications log and monitor outstanding issues. Assist development staff in overseeing, maintenance and management of all Homeowners Association and developer-controlled amenities; common areas, equipment components and inventory listings. Perform inspections of common areas and facilities and maintain a work order database which tracks status and completion of outstanding site HOA maintenance issues.

Develop and disseminate weekly Association communications, alerts and notices. Confirm new settlements and ensure HOA Welcome Packages and other required notifications are distributed to new residents. Assist, coordinate and cooperate with the HOA management company and other development staff to manage new client setup, handling resident inquires and concerns and other HOA administrative functions. In concert with resident volunteers, oversee, maintain and update HOA website and ensure content information on website is accurate and current.



Coordinate turnover and document transfer of newly completed facilities and Common Areas from the developer. As the community develops and amenities are built, oversee and manage the HOA access control systems, rentals and scheduling. Support established HOA committee events and activities. Assist in creation of rental agreements and liability forms to facilitate use of the clubhouse and other amenities by residents and outside parties.



Assist in the procurement, negotiation and management of HOA contracts. Manage intake and processing of HOA Architectural Review applications. Perform walkthrough and drive-through inspections related to HOA issues. Create and manage system to notify and communicate with the HOA management company to ensure timely distribution of written violations. Proactively manage and provide prompt and accurate communication to the Board and HOA management company on all unresolved violations.

Collaborate and provide assistance and leadership to new and existing HOA committees.

Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE. SKILLS, PROFICIENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business, people, relationship and customer care skills. Successful candidates must possess an outgoing personality to welcome, educate and assist new homebuyers, visitors, and residents and enjoy dealing with and helping the public. Must be diplomatic with a strong sense of client service and social etiquette. Candidate must be confident and knowledgeable in their approach to managing all HOA business issues and homeowner relationships. Demonstrate sensitivity and ability to collaboratively work with individuals and groups from diverse populations, backgrounds and cultures. Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated work ethic and flexible personality are very critical to this position. Individual must have a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Candidate must be comfortable with learning, monitoring and developing proficiency with database systems and technology necessary for the functions of the position.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Demonstrate experience providing excellent customer service in a residential community or other equivalent public service experience. Must be computer literate, be comfortable with investigating and learning new technology, and display proficient use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel spreadsheets.

OTHER

Attendance at community events is required as well as reliable transportation. Limited travel may be required to meet with vendors and/or perform work-related errands.



While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to perform lifting tasks of up to 25 pounds for short durations. Duties of this job may involve standing and/or walking for extended periods of time and include outdoor inspections of Association common areas and facilities and all community areas.
