Applications for a Part-Time Surveying Program Lab Coordinator and Advisor position beginning August 2010 are being accepted. The selected candidate will serve as campus lab coordinator and advisor for students in a two-year surveying distance-education degree program offered by Penn State Wilkes-Barre. The coordinator will spend an average of 12 hours per week to instruct students in the lab components of surveying courses and serve as advisor to students taking the program at Mont Alto. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in surveying engineering or a closely related field such as civil engineering with surveying experience preferred, but bachelors and significant experience acceptable; registration as a professional surveyor in a state (preferably PA) required. Prior collegiate level teaching experience a plus.
