PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR Advancement Research and Operations Manager The Advancement Research and Operations Manager is responsible for utilizing internal database and public information sources to develop fund raising strategy that guides the major and annual gifts program for the university. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Advancement Office And the Alumni Association Qualifications include: a master;s degree; five years experience in fund raising or a related field; experience using databases and spreadsheets for informational and financial purpose; analytic skills as they apply to strategic planning; and excellent communication skills.
