SALES MANAGEMENT A Martinsburg WV based manufacturer of industrial and consumer chemical specialty aerosol products is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive sales to new levels. A combination of several proprietary aerosol product lines and an extensive list of contract packaging customers have positioned the company for strong growth. Company proprietary products serve diverse markets ranging from the Music industry to injection molded Automotive interior trim components. This position will have a key role in setting company sale and profit goals and in developing appropriate plans to meet those goals. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of hands on sales and service experience with technical products coupled with a B.S. degree. A demonstrated ability to identify potential customers, conduct sales calls (Cold Calls), and manage the new customer process will be critical. Experience in the aerosol or coatings industry will be a strong plus along with some chemical or technical training. This is not a work from home position and, if needed, relocation to a reasonable commuting distance is required. Some travel within the US is also involved. Founded in 1966, and managed by the founder, this business operates from a clean modern plant built in 2001. A casual environment and emphasis on teamwork are strong elements of the company culture.
