SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Uni-Select USA is the largest independent automotive parts distributor in the United States with multiple locations throughout the country. Incumbent will be responsible for creating customer value through establishing long-term customer relationships that lead to increased overall sales and profitability for the company. * Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by serving customer needs at all times. * Maintain knowledge of the company's selling system principles. * Create plans to develop new customers to meet or exceed sales goals. * Develop new ideas that will help improve company image, sales and operations. * Communicate information observed and gathered in the field regarding company service, new or existing customers, competitors and wholesale marketing programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business and 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience in the automotive industry strongly prefered. Must possess strong PC skills-including MS Office.
